How it flows

  1. Draft
  2. In transitleft the sender
  3. Receivedshortfall = lost in transit
Or it ends as
  • Returned to sender
  • Voided

Step by step

  1. Make the transfer

Choose the warehouse it leaves from, the branch it goes to, and the products. Between two warehouses of the same branch it moves at once.

  2. Send

The goods leave the sender and are "in transit", in no warehouse, until the other branch receives them.

  3. Receive

The receiving branch counts what arrived and enters it. If less arrived, the difference is written off as "lost in transit" automatically.

  4. Something went wrong?

While in transit, "Return to sender" brings everything back. After it arrived, "Void transfer" sends the goods back while the branch still has them.
