Step by step

   Connect

   Press Connect and open the link: our bot opens in Telegram with a one-time code, press Start. To share it with partners, use the group link instead and add the bot to your group.

2. 2

   The daily summary

   At 7:00 every morning (Phnom Penh time), for each branch: yesterday's sales in dollars and riel, gross profit and cash received; then low stock, items expiring soon, overdue customer invoices and supplier bills, bills due soon, and late transfers.

3. 3

   Alerts right away

   Turn on the ones you want: a product sold out, a cash shift closed short, a sale voided, something waiting for your approval.
