Step by step

  1. Products first

    Download the products template: name, Khmer name, SKU, barcode, category, unit, price, and an optional pack. Missing categories are made for you.

  2. Check before importing

    Upload the file: each row shows its problems (a SKU used twice, a price that is not a number) and what will happen. Fix the file and upload again, or import only the good rows.

  3. Then the opening stock

    The stock template takes the SKU or barcode, quantity, cost, and batch and expiry. It posts one opening stock document per file.
