Step by step
Owner
Everything, including the business settings, the team, the plan and billing, exporting and archiving. A business always has at least one Owner.
Manager
Runs the shop: sells and voids, customers and suppliers, buying and bills, products and prices, stock with approvals, transfers, expenses, the exchange rate, every cash shift, and the reports with profit.
Cashier
Sells at the POS with their own cash shift, adds customers from the POS, takes sales orders, and asks for customer returns. Sees products and stock, not costs.
Stock keeper
Receives goods, counts stock, transfers between branches, delivers orders, asks for adjustments and prepares returns to suppliers.
Your own roles
Built-in roles cannot be changed: duplicate one, name it (a senior cashier who may void, for example) and tick what it may do.
