Name, logo, phone, address and VAT TIN: they print on receipts and invoices.
Branches and warehouses
Each branch has warehouses: the one the POS sells from, and the one goods are received into. A back store is just another warehouse.
Exchange rate
Today's dollar to riel rate. The POS asks for it when it is missing.
Tax and receipt
VAT on or off and its rate, the receipt header and footer, and the paper width: 80 mm or 58 mm.
Sales rules
Riel rounding, the largest discount a cashier may give, whether stock may go below zero, payment methods and your KHQR image, the three expiry warning windows, and your own document number prefixes.
Appearance
Your business color (we check it stays readable), and each person's light or dark mode and spacing.
